1) Log into your Callbell account by clicking here.
2) Go to the Chatbot module and click New Bot.
3) In the box, choose Blank in both template and output channel. Then opt for WhatsApp.
4) Once this is done, you need to connect it to ChatGPT. First, go to your OpenAI account in the API section by clicking here.
5) Within the OpenAI API Key section, click create API Secret Key.
6) Fill in the name and project field and click on create secret key.
7) You will now be given the API code which we will copy and paste into a document as a back-up. Keep in mind that this will be the only time you will be able to access this code, so save it in a safe place.
8) After obtaining the OpenAI API key, return to the chatbot and click on the variable creation icon. You can find it in the bottom left corner and is represented by (x).
9) n the box, give the variable a name. This can be a made-up name, and in the type field, select string.
10) Finally, set initial value (optional), paste the API copied from OpenAI and you’re done.
By doing so, every time the chatbot is configured with this variable, users will be able to receive a response directly from ChatGPT. Remember though, you must always provide as specific a prompt as possible, running tests to ensure that the chatbot for WhatsApp with ChatGPT is fully functional.
